The truth is, the current situation is changing all the time and we are working diligently to adapt. To minimize disruption in our customers’ services and products, we have implemented the following protocols:
- Our office is being staffed by a minimal on-site crew. We have systems in place for remote communication and information distribution for our staff members to work safely from their designated locations. Thus, they can work seamlessly from anywhere with an internet connection. Our landline telephone is still monitored by personnel to ensure there is no break in communication from our customers to our employees.
- Our field personnel, both service and project, continue to perform their work while being responsive to customer changes.
- Our warehouse and drivers remain ready to receive and deliver materials and equipment to project and service contract sites.
- Our employees are practicing CDC recommended hygiene practices and have been instructed to stay home if they are showing signs or symptoms of COVID-19.
- We are minimizing all customer and vendor in-person meetings. We are available via telephone and video conferencing and are ready to support all your needs virtually.
