OSHA Safety Compliance
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration created rules designed to protect workers and their clients from undo risk and exposure on the job. The Department of Labor enforces these rules as law so that all workplaces are as safe as possible. Job safety and health being emphasized so much requires employers to train their employees to better comply to the standards set before them as well as work longer under better conditions with the safety amenities covered in extensive training. OSHA enforces these rules uniformly so that everyone is held to the same standards.
